MEET Lara-Lay //
Hi friends and welcome to the place where I get to tell you about myself and some of the things I've done, places where I've been & what this blog means to me/what it could mean for you!

So it begins...
​
While I was born overseas in Germany, 1989, my mother completely raised my younger sister & I in Austin, Texas.
​
We lived a solid South Austin, middle-class life that was in many ways idealic. Not too Big City, not too in nature.
​
Austin's natural beauty inspired, nurtured & protected my spirit when I did not find much at home. There was sanctuary at places like the Green Belt & Barton Springs pool.
​
And though life at home was not what I would wish for anyone else, it perfectly provided me with experiences, lessons & memories that laid the foundation for my spiritual questing!
​
November 24, 2007 ushered in an entirely new volume of life. 18-going-on-19, I married my husband in a sweet little Universalist church and promptly moved to Oceanside, California to start our new life as husband & wife!
​
He was in the Marine Corps stationed at Camp Pendleton while I worked retail & completed my degree at F.I.D.M, San Diego. After my graduation unfortunately followed by my father death, we picked up & moved to Northwest Arkansas.
We never expected to call Arkansas home, but our time in Fayetteville and back at school at the University of Arkansas was the first time we both felt "at home". And it still does as we continue to make many trip during the year to visit my In-Laws!
​
During my final semester, I became pregnant with my first-born, Octavius. we found ourselves back in Texas, only this time in Dallas! Then somehow, but the luck of the housing industry Gods, we found our lovely home in Arlington.
​
My daughter, Carmen, was born 2 years later and we've spent these past 8 years building our family, small businesses & spiritual journeys.
​
I've learned more about the myself & the world as a new mother and stay-at-home wife. The opportunity to slow down, get quiet and shed all the skins of my former self has been nothing short of mystical. I have been gifted yet again with "new eyes" and have fully accepted my much-resisted spiritual path.
​
With our creation of Wreaper Wrestling and diving into the worlds of Human Design, psychology, metaphysics, art & The Unknown, I feel like I'm just beginning to understand what it feels like to be alive with my own role in the cosmic drama of Life.
​
It is my wish that somewhere in the following words of my published writings & videos that I have gifted someone, one of you, more value and some diving tools to take along on your own quest to find meaning & purpose! If nothing else, to inspire one's own curiosity or self-reflection of what resides within...

3/5 Splenic Projector

I really thought the New Eyes I was gifted during my Cultural Anthropology studies was it! I thought, "Wow. THIS is really the world! And so many different lenses to see everything with!"
​
I was wrong...Though not entirely!
​
I know understand my anthropological Point-of-View as a paradigm through which to perceive, understand and interpret our "reality" or in spiritual terms, the Maia/Maya; the Great Illusion we've created for ourselves all over the world. That's not a bad thing. I just didn't know I still needed to take 2 steps back (many more actually) instead of only 1 step.
​
How does any of this relate to my Human Design (H.D.) journey?
​
Well, in 2021 I was introduced to H.D. via a multi-time women's wrestling National Team member, which led to a completely new paradigm shift.
​
For the unfamiliar, H.D. is a "part spiritual, part science system" that shows you your specific energetic blueprint of who you are meant to be. H.D. partially synthesizes other older modalities with Astrology, Chakras, Kabala Circuitry, Quantum Science and my favorite, The I'Ching or Book of Changes.
​
All of the above mentioned are stand-alone systems of guidance & perspective in their own right. But they are not complete or perfect as they are quite old and have cultural embedded differences... nor is H.D. a perfect system for that matter. BUT...
​
By discovering my energy type as a Projector and exploring these various facets of my chart, I've been able to connect with and utilize what has been around for thousands of years, which would have never made sense for me to engage with before. The Kabala circuitry was totally off my radar, for example, and I was barely beginning to understand Chakras prior to H.D.
​
New life has been giving to these individual modalities through this culminating system for our modern eyes, ears, noses, mouths, hands and our other senses WITH our current upgrade in understanding of Quantum Science & Non-Linear time! What a great time to be alive.
​
BAM. New Eyes.
​
I also now understand that not everyone is "gifted" with "New Eyes" in these ways; this is a gift that is unique to my experience & being as a Projector/Seer.
​
Overtime with my experimentation with Projector alignment, I see the effectiveness, approachability, economical/practical/spiritual benefits from learning to understand yourself & others through this particular paradigm (There are others! Gene Keys anyone?) that H.D. has made available to us.
​
Now I have the opportunity to pass this custom-made-to-you gift on to YOU & the WORLD! Or just whoever happens to stumble upon this webpage and/or social media platforms! I'm grateful either way.
​
